ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann will headline a rally in Minneapolis on April 7. The Republican Party of Minnesota says it will host the free public rally at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
